O M G ; Mostly Scientists & Researchers have become more like politicians in on going Covid19 pandemic , contradicting& differing more often than agreeing.
Don’t bother anymore about their so often complicated changing views & theories which confuse rather help people , under prevailing circumstances .
Let U understand one simple Nutritional theory of supplementation . Our body needs lot of major & minor nutrients & dietry supplements depending upon yourAge , Health status , work load & Food intake etc . Some essential nutrients if defecient or some in too excess can cause problems ; whereas some if in excess are simply wasted in excreta .
When under stress or suffering with disease or infection , along with treatment & precautionary measures ; your requirements for some nutrients increase & it should be supplemented ..
This is all the more needed when facing epidemics & like present global pandemic catastrophe ; when one is facing tremendous stress , strain & infection which demands booster doses of nutrients & antioxidants besides supplements & probiotics besides other age old herbal beverages and / or decoctions from whole lemons , berries &cardmum& cinamum besides good quantity Dry fruits which in no way have adverse effects nor are harmful . Vitamins plus Mineral products , especially Vit C, D3 ; E , Folic acid , B12( methyl cobalt amine) and zinc & Se , have proven to be helpful & beneficial as supplementary aids under such conditions & you can safely go ahead with these to build up your immune systems,& body resistance for vitality & individual disease fighting capabilities .
To refresh, one shouldn’t ignore to strictly follow the 3 point program of daily life style i.e Social Distancing ; Mask ; Hand wash & Sanitizing .U can’t afford to ignore these in $view of changing Covid19 global situations like peaks & dips , mutations & Strain variations etc .
This holds good with or without currently taken up Covid19 Vaccination program .
May Almighty grant His Mercy & enable us come out of this unprecedented misery .

GREGORIAN NEW YEAR 2022

We faced catastrophic, miserable & trouble some end2019& year 2020 in human history with respect to PandamicSRSCovid19 . It followed further in 2021 with additional Mucormycosis, besides , Delta & Omicron variants but we managed to pass through to end year with heaviest losses of life & economy Socially , though mortality &morbidity came down mid 2021. But economically along with tragedies& Sufferings with loss of valuable lives of near & dear ones especially Sincere & energetic Medicos & Drs. is colossal ( I also lost my younger brother Zahur in May 021)
By year end we find a flare up & rise with onset of variants worldwide on high alert & caution . Many tried to brush it away for geopolitical, economical & or diplomatic reasons , resulting in onslaught & sharp rise of infections & widespread disease & its misery again .
We & World bodies in specific have forgotten now about Hunger,&starvation or malnutrition; besides Violence & injustice of highest order openly & globally.
I feel the year 2022 isn’t going to be bed of Roses and on its onset looks grim & we have to prepare & face disease and problems globally with utmost care & seriousness & should not forget result oriented restrictions and precautions like Quarantine, Voluntary help & sympathetic attitude.
2021 is ending on now on Friday & New year 2022 of utmost Economical, Financial & Social Needs & importance starting now Saturday with high hopes .
I can’t forget the valuable advice of world renowned Dr Fauci, in 2019 itself that for Safety & Control of this Pandemic with or without Vaccinations / medications ; we should adopt a different Life Style for long to come With Thumb-rule of Regular use of MASK ; Social Distancing & Hand Washing and avoid overcrowding, close space gatherings , hugging & social kissing ; and surprisingly it holds very good even Today & without costing much .It should be followed as Golden rule .
Over all , things look very grim & beyond control & power of humans; as however Super , intelligent & energetic they may be .Things are finally controlled by the Supernatural Almighty Force . Some believe in oneness of Almighty & others believe in Diversity of that power ; but all are forced to agree to this Supermost Almighty Power , we call ALLAH.
We may do some self retrospection for not being Fair with our Creater . We have surpassed in competition for , Passion, Wealth ,ambitions , & with rat race for greed& power that have come now to its Zenith. I think it’s time to revisit our soul & body & let every one try to be HUMANE & REALISTIC in thought & approach.
Let us hope & pray to the Almighty Allah earnestly that this becomes a year of Solace ,Relief , Progress , Prosperity with primarily Good Health & for Humane Approach to Mankind
May Almighty Allah Grant our prayers & Bless Mercy to our Repentance, and Shower all withguidance &Forgiveness to make this world a Better place to Live . Aameen
