It's that time of the year for 2026 property valuation notices to be mailed out to taxpayers. Yakima County sent out notices on May 27, 2026, and the taxpayer has 60 days from the mailing date to file an appeal. Kittitas County mailed out notices on June 1, 2026, but note that taxpayers only have 30 days from the mailing date to file an appeal. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you would like a complimentary analysis of your 2026 assessment.

2026 Property Tax season is underway. The 2026 levy rates have been released, and here is the link to King County. Property Tax bills should start going out on February 13, 2026. Although it is too late to file an appeal, except in rare cases, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your bill. We would be glad to help anyway we can!
