Happy February everyone! We just launched a new "Pay Via Escrow" feature. Generate your Commission Disbursement Forms with your banking information to get paid AT closing (if your brokerage allows for this). Would like your feedback on this feature.

1 new feature and 1 new service are heading your way starting on Monday, July 27th.

1. Our new website solution will launch for the Seattle NWMLS area. We will offer a company site with Agent Roster and property search plus individual agent sites for $50 & $15 respectively per month (Monthly IDX fee of $75 additional).

2. Due to overwhelming demand/requests, we are launching our Compliance/Review service. This service includes all file reviews and compliance audits for your associates for a set per transaction fee. Program highlights and cost will be posted shortly. We hope this new service will save you time and money by not having to hire a full-time compliance staff member and letting our experts handle it for you.

We are both a real estate technology provider as well as a multi-state brokerage. We are currently seeking candidates that are energetic, have an attention to detail and possess a real estate license in the State of Washington. Ideal candidate would manage dozens of real estate professionals, conduct file audits using our innovative CRM/Paperless office in-house platform, onboard new agents and act as a liaison between the agent and the Designated Broker.

Must be good at working with technology, have skills to promote on social media, communicate expertly and work remotely with daily status updates/daily status meetings. This role may evolve into a higher level Director role as we expand regionally and nationally in the months and years ahead.

The past 3 months have taught me quite a bit. We founded the cloud-based brokerage concept back in 2002. Today, working remotely is even more critical. To that end, where do you recommend finding [remote] talented Transaction Coordinators and general purpose managers to support a growing large scale brokerage? I've tried VA's but am looking for licensed associates to handle file audits, onboarding, emails and general support as needed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. BTW, we are in NV,CA,OR,WA.
