Aqua is a modern full-service real estate brokerage that offers the same, if not more, services than the traditional brokerage model. Aqua offers sellers a full-service selling & buying experience while saving you thousands in commissions. This gives you more equity in the home you are selling or buying.
SELLERS..... When you hire a traditional brokerage to help you sell your home, you pay that brokerage a total of 6% of the home's value, split between the buying and selling agents. When you hire Aqua, you pay a low 1% listing commission + the buyers agent commission. You choose the buyers agents commission, typically a 2.5% to 3%. This commission is solely used to attract a buyers agent to show and sell your home. We will work for less and help reduce the total commission paid by you is 3.5 to 4%, compared to 6%. This saves an average of $10,000 in commission or more. You sacrifice nothing because we offer the same services as other brokerage.

BUYERS.... Buyers pay nothing out of pocket and receive an average refund of $5,000 or more at closing. Our agents our highly experienced and knowledgable to make sure you make the best decisions for yourself. When you buy a home with Aqua, we will help you tour and find your dream home. We will help you negotiate the best price possible and give you expert advice on neighborhoods, schools, condition of the home, and be with you the entire process helping you. We give back up to 1% of the homes final sold price from the commission we are paid back to you, which can be used towards your closing costs.
