We’re thrilled to announce the launch of an industry-first AI integration within RealtyPass, released this past weekend! This powerful new feature utilizes OpenAI to automatically audit transaction files and deliver near real-time transaction reviews—dramatically improving both speed and accuracy.

Over the coming months, RealtyPass will begin posting AI-generated notifications under the "Notes" tab, identifying which checklist items have been automatically approved.

As we roll this out, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Ensure all uploaded documents are typed, not handwritten.

Please avoid uploading documents exceeding 50 pages.

Refrain from submitting documents like inspection reports, HOA documents, and similar items not required for compliance.

Thank you to everyone for wishing me a Happy Birthday. 51 spins around the sun and I still feel young at heart (my knees have a differing opinion). I'm also very thankful to have friends and family in my life and my health = wealth.

I'm very blessed with 4 amazing children and a wonderful wife who I get to start a new chapter with very soon as empty nesters!

I've been mostly against NAR most of my career---not because of the annual fees charged to "protect" us in Washington and fund golf tournaments but for the simple reason that they control access to nearly every MLS throughout the country at the expense of us---the hard working real estate agents. This monopoly and all those that collude with them need to be broken up. In this day and age, every agent should have access to every listing on the MLS without having to "pay to play". I hope that this is a pivotal point for doing just that along with all the others that schemed with NAR. Onwards and Upwards!

A Missouri jury on Tuesday found that the real estate industry trade group, the National Association of Realtors, and some residential brokerages are liable for nearly $1.8 billion in damages after determining they conspired to maintain commissions for home sales artificially high.

Please note the new 3-clock hour Fair Housing requirement for new renewals that went into effect Feb. 2023. I've received a few calls in regards to this---no need to panic---especially if you have yet to renew your license and purchase a 30-hour renewal package from your favorite real estate school as they are all mandated to offer this class (along with the 3 hour CORE class).
