✅ Workshop Recap: Legal Aspects of M&A for Family Businesses

Last month, Michelle Bomberger and John Butler led a hands-on legal workshop for members of the Seattle University Family Business Exchange and the Seattle University's Albers School of Business and Economics.

The session focused on what buyers pay attention to in M&A deals: contracts, governance, employment issues, IP, and real estate. Family business owners gained insight into how to prepare now to avoid surprises later.
