McArthur specializes in luxury and waterfront homes and estates in Belleair and the surrounding communities and beach areas. A highly recognized top producing real estate professional, Ms. McArthur’s distinguished real estate career
has spanned nearly thirty years. Throughout her career she has been involved in the sale of some of the highest priced residential properties in North Pinellas County. During her career, she had served as Managing Broker and Vice President of a Luxury Home Division. McArthur focused primarily on luxury home sales and was the recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Award, the International President’s Circle Award and the Society of Excellence, all of which recognize exceptional accomplishments in sales, management, and leadership. Her unique combination of skills and experience has earned her continual recognition for outstanding accomplishments in her profession.
“My family was in the hospitality business and I learned the importance of customer service at an early age,” explained Ms. McArthur. “Everyone’s needs are different and accommodating those needs to the satisfaction of the customer builds lasting relationships.”

Mary Ann has a strong commitment to volunteerism and believes in giving back to the community which has supported her success. She has served as President of the Junior League of Clearwater, Council Member for the Junior Leagues of America, Suncoast Council of Girl Scouts, Omelette Party Committee benefitting UPARC, and Board of Directors for Morton Plant Mease Health Care. She is currently serving on the Board of the Morton Plant Mease Hospital Foundation.
