Wow! Congratulations Nick and Renee! Your home on Greenfield way did very well.
Folks, just know that your online estimates are just that, estimates, and they can be way OFF! In this case the online estimates were off by as little as approx $2K(Realtor.com)or by $87K too high(Redfin.com), and Zillow $20K too low!
Had this seller taken Zillow's advice they would have left a lot of money on the table. Right pricing combined with a solid approach to handling offers won the day for my sellers!
