Congratulations to my amazing buyers! 🎉
They showed so much patience and understanding while I was in training Tuesday through Friday last week—and when Saturday came, they were ready to put in the work. We made the most of our time by scheduling multiple showings (many by appointment only) and exploring on-market properties as well as new builds.
After many showings on Saturday, we worked late that night to meet with Jodi at D.R. Horton, who was absolutely wonderful. She made sure to make time for my buyers both Saturday and Sunday. We toured model homes together in two different subdivisions and they were able to walk through their very own beautiful 2-story home that truly brought their vision to life.
They knew exactly what they wanted—and more importantly, they were willing to do what it took to make it happen. They put in the long hours, trusted the process, and made the sacrifices to get where they wanted to be. With 4 kids, they definitely made this happen!
I couldn’t be more proud of them. This home checks all their boxes, and it’s already framed with an expected completion in July! 🙌
