Diante Wilson v. Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole, --- A.3d ---, 2017 WL 3798369 (Pa. Commw. Ct. Sept. 1, 2017), holding that Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole was required to give convicted parole violator credit only for time the violator was confined pursuant to a detainer issued by the Board and did not have to give credit for time confined pursuant to a judicial detainer.
