Production Department Assistant – Full-Time Opportunity, Beaumont, Texas office.

Position Responsibilities:
Preparing and organizing legal and business documents
Making copies, scanning, and assembling files
Assisting with records retrieval and document processing
Working daily with computers and office software
Providing professional assistance to clients and office visitors
Supporting daily office operations and production needs
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
Good communication and people skills
Basic computer knowledge required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
