I stopped by RICELAND in Mont Belvieu to check out their newly opened Lake House Amenity Center, and I love how much this community has to offer! 🌿🏡

From multiple stocked lakes and fishing to kayaking, nature trails, a resort-style pool, backyard lounge, playgrounds, fitness center, and plenty of fresh-air activities, there are so many ways to enjoy the outdoors and stay active right inside the community.

I didn’t get a chance to visit the Town Center this time, so that’ll have to be our next stop!

My buyers are new to America, so purchasing a home here was an entirely new experience for them. The process felt unfamiliar, intimidating, and at times stressful — especially when a few unexpected surprises came our way.

When dealing with a bank-owned property, the seller’s decisions are primarily business-driven—numbers, costs, and minimizing their risk. On the buyer’s side, that means understanding the property’s condition, doing your due diligence, and knowing exactly what risks you may be taking on.
