They carried their teammates Casey Hargroder and Barrett Lindsay and ultimately only won because Judge Stetson kicked butt!

That makes 3 first place finishes out of the last 5 years!

Congratulations to Dustin Galmor and his client Steve for securing a Not Guilty today in the Jefferson County Court at Law No. 2, Judge Holmes presiding, on a DWI arrest from 2021. The jury agreed that the State had not proved all of their elements despite a 0.22 blood test result. Steve is looking forward to clearing his record so that he can get that promotion at work!!!

Mr. Dominguez faced up to life in prison with no parole if convicted. The hard work put in by Jared L Gilthorpe and his legal team helped secure a not guilty from the jury. Now Mr. Dominguez can move on with his life after spending nearly 3 years in jail.

Leonel Dominguez, 40, was found not guilty of continuous sexual abuse by a Jefferson County jury after spending nearly three years in jail.

We were honored to represent Nerbert Frelow and so thankful he will be able to celebrate Thanksgiving with his family knowing this nightmare is finally behind him. We pray the person who did this to Donesha Buckner is brought to justice!

This week Galmor, Stovall & Gilthorpe, Attorneys at Law tried TWO jury trials at the same time at the Orange County Court House. Jared L Gilthorpe was before the Hon. Rodney Townsend on a Trespassing case while Dustin Galmor and our newest Attorney Haley Simmons tried a DWI BAC >.15 in front of the Hon. Mandy Rogers. Despite the prosecutor's thorough presentation of their cases, both of our client's were found NOT GUILTY and can now focus on moving forward in life without criminal convictions. The next step is to clear these arrest as if they never happened! Thank you to those jurors who served their community this week!!!

Happy times for this Señora Aleman. We helped her get her green card (lawful permanent resident). Now she can travel. For years she wasn't able to leave the country. It's been a long time coming and she deserves all the best. We wish her well in her travels.

Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) announced
Dustin Galmor received Board Certification in Criminal Law. He currently practices in Southeast Texas where he is part of Galmor, Stovall & Gilthorpe Law Firm. He is a 2007 graduate of South Texas Law School.

Board Certification is a voluntary designation program certifying Texas attorneys in 27 specific areas of law. Board Certified attorneys must be licensed for at least five years, devote a required percentage of practice to a specialty area for at least three years, attend continuing education seminars, pass an evaluation by fellow lawyers and judges and pass a 6-hour written examination.
