As an update, Floyd Lazatin, LLP’s fields of practice are as follows:

Personal Injury (inc. premises liability, MVA and 18-Wheeler Accidents)

Wills & Estates (full estate planning services are offered)

Probate (with wills only)

Business Law (including formation, contracts, and fractional general counsel services)

Construction Defects

Real Estate Law (deed drafting, property management matters, etc.)

Of note, we no longer accept contested family law cases. Fully-agreed divorces and custody modifications are considered on a case by case basis.
