Not all repair requests are created equal 👀

The way repairs are written in an inspection response can make a huge difference for your buyer.

Example:

❌ Basic Request: “Seller to repair toilet leak.”

Sounds simple… but what if the leak comes back later? What if the wrong repair is made?

✅ Better Request: “Seller to have a licensed plumber inspect the toilet to determine the source of the leak and repair or replace the toilet as recommended by the plumber, ensuring the toilet is no longer leaking.”
