Effective, December 17, 2021, The Law Office of Erika Green will be closed indefinitely due to Attorney Green’s new position as a judge. We have worked the past couple weeks to notify clients of the status of their cases, next steps, and storage of files.

I would like to share an important announcement with my supporters and future supporters:

I believe in transparency, openness and honesty. It has been a goal of mine to seek election to a Judgeship but only at the appropriate time and a seat in which I feel I could be the most impactful. Upon the announcement of the retirement of Judge Lisa Woodruff White, I immediately sought counsel of the legal community, consultants, family, friends, supporters and most importantly God through prayer.

As I thank, Judge Woodruff-White for not only her tireless service but also for her professional investment in the Legal profession and other Attorneys such as myself, I would like to announce my candidacy for Family Court Judge, Division B.

My legal career has prepared me to serve as Judge in this capacity through ten plus years of experience in family law, juvenile law, civil law, litigation and mediation. I will embark on this journey with my continued commitment to improving the lives of individuals, families and our community.
