Have you named a power of attorney? If so, Mr. Kent gives that a green flag! ✅

If you're 18+, you should have someone you trust designated to make both medical and financial decisions if you ever lose the capacity to make them yourself. It’s also important to name at least one backup — just in case your first choice is unable to serve.

Putting these documents in place helps ensure the people you choose are in control of your care and property, while potentially avoiding an expensive and time-consuming interdiction.
