FastPass Tag & Title conveniently offers walk-in services as a public tag agent of the Louisiana OMV. Your time is valuable, and we’ll treat it as such.

Services include Real ID, duplicate auto title issuance, expedited titles and title transfers, converting TIP to learner’s permits, and more! At FastPass, we’re committed to offering a seamless new experience for tackling motor vehicle services. We provide services for dealers, financial institutions, commercial businesses and individuals. FastPass has locations in Alexandria, Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Metairie, Louisiana.

🚗 Sold or traded your vehicle? Don’t cancel your insurance just yet!

In Louisiana, you need to take care of your license plate BEFORE dropping your insurance coverage.

You can:
✅ Cancel your plate at a PTA or OMV office
✅ Have your specialty plate removed from the vehicle record at a PTA or OMV office
✅ If you can’t make it into an office, cancel your plate online at Expresslane.org

Canceling your insurance first may result in a No Insurance Flag on your record—and that can become a costly problem. You may also be unable to renew your vehicle registration or driver’s license until the flag is cleared.

Don’t let forgetting one step turn into an expensive headache.

Did you know Louisiana offers a Breast Cancer Awareness specialty plate? A portion of the revenue from these plates goes to support the Louisiana Susan G. Komen affiliates.

This is also a plate you can keep and transfer from one vehicle to another as long as the vehicle is titled in your name.
