Another troubling decision bringing suppressors into the mainstream 2nd amendment discussion. Enhanced scrutiny always brings these issues to light and encourages uninformed lawmakers to take action. This could take many forms either through legislation or through regulation. Regulation will be a faster route because it will not require as much Congressional support. The years long Form 4 E-file drought may be coming to end! The 60 day comment period ends June 24th. After the comment period ends, the ATF is required to answer each comment in writing.
