They're real-life nightmares for the people at the center of them.

Mediation is about cost reduction for employers and insurers, certainly, but it's also about remembering the injured workers in the middle of claims and prioritizing closure for them too, not just the system.

Emily joined Prism in 2021 and is responsible for all things creative. She is the only member of our team that works remotely but comes into town as she can for conferences and other in-person events!

Her weekend plans are about to change as she's due with her first baby any day now, but for now we're taking advantage of all the time we have with her before she goes on leave!

You probably already know him since he's been with Prism since 2018, but did you know he was born in Panama?

Sean is a fisherman, a chef, a skilled mediator, and most importantly to him: a father.

Sean stays busy with mediations but you'll also always see his daughter, Rowan's, events on his calendar as he cheers her on and chauffeurs her around for all of her school and social events!

We're lucky to have someone as experienced and caring as Sean, and we know you can feel that in the mediation room with him too.
