The MCLE Compliance Deadline is December 31st, 2021.

Preliminary transcripts will be emailed the first week of December from [email protected]. The deadline for earning credits is December 31, 2021 and the deadline for filing those credits or an exemption is January 31, 2022.

On April 27, 2021 the Supreme Court issued an Order amending the online carry-over limit, permitting a maximum of four (4) 'self-study' credits to carry over to compliance year 2022.

Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) members must pay their 2021-22 LSBA dues and Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board (LADB) assessment and file their Attorney Registration Statement and Louisiana Supreme Court Trust Account Disclosure and Overdraft Notification Authorization Form by July 1.
