We’ve been fortunate to work with Damye Hahn and her team on this project from the beginning, and it’s been exciting to see the vision become reality. The new restaurant, market, and event space is a tremendous addition to the community and a continuation of the Faidley family’s remarkable seafood legacy.

This month, the Batoff Associates team put their green thumbs to the test with a Plant Survival Contest to see whose leafy friend could thrive the longest. Spoiler: some plants enjoyed more “survival” than others… but all were loved. 🌿💚

We celebrated our plant parenting victories with a well-deserved Ice Cream Sundae Party. Because nothing says team bonding quite like sprinkles and questionable plant-care strategies.

An exciting week of closings at Batoff Associates, P.A. We were delighted to represent our UK-based buyers in their real estate and stock acquisition of Root River Hardwoods, a vertically integrated timber manufacturing business based out of Minnesota. As well as representing the stockholders in the sale of EHA Consulting, an environmental health consulting agency based out of Florida. Firm attorneys Alina Pargamanik, Michael Sawicki, and Justin Batoff facilitated both transactions.

Exciting news from our client, Kelly Benefits on its acquisition of Gettysburg Benefits Administrators, Inc. Kelly Benefits was represented by Batoff Associates, P.A. principal Justin Batoff and associates Alina Pargamanik and Joseph Fiocco

The deal is the first large acquisition for the firm in almost 50 years — and officials say it won't be its last.
