SSGC does it again!

We are proud to announce a $970,900 verdict secured in the Circuit Court for Talbot County, Maryland, on behalf of a 76-year-old client who suffered permanent injuries following a negligent failure to diagnose and treat a stomach perforation during hernia surgery.

This marks our firm's second consecutive substantial plaintiff's verdict. Gloria Worch, who led the case alongside James "Jim" Cardea, said it best: "It is gratifying to help our client and his family to be able to move forward and rebuild their lives despite suffering permanent injuries as a result of obvious medical negligence."
