Position Available: Intake Specialist

Miller & Zois, LLC, a reputable personal injury firm based in vibrant downtown Baltimore is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage a substantial volume of incoming calls and online inquiries, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to our team's success. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responding to a high volume of incoming calls professionally and promptly.
Gathering detailed information on individual cases.
Evaluating potential client qualifications through various communication channels (calls, emails, texts).
Maintaining accurate data in our case management system.
Producing clear reports on inbound referrals and intakes.
Maintaining outbound referral statuses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Previous customer service experience (highly preferred)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
Must be able to commute to downtown Baltimore, position is full-time in person 9:30-5:30.
