Waivers of liability are ENFORCEABLE in Maryland. If you get hurt due to negligence at a commercial recreational facility (trampoline park, gym, pool, anywhere kids have birthday parties), you have surrendered your rights when you sign that waiver! Facilities have no incentive to be safe if they are immune. This should not be the law. PLEASE contact your Legislator and ask them to support this important bill.
