Let me tell you a story about a “Christmas Miracle ♥️”

Jon and Shawn called me and told me they were interested in a home that had just gone on the market. I looked it up and seen that it was in my own neighborhood. It was listed for 225k for a single home…I knew it was listed under value and would be a fight to get it knowing many people would be interested.

I submit and offer on behalf of the Wehner’s and then we pray…Several offers come in over the next few days and I than I get the infamous call, “I’m sorry Judy; we have received 6 offers and all are higher than your clients. I wish you luck on your home search.”

Well that’s that. We let out a sigh of disappointment but then decide to start looking at other homes.

Than something extraordinary happens! That same evening while we are touring different homes…my phone rings! It’s the agent for the home we “lost.” The agent says, “Judy, stop the tour…turn around! My sellers want to accept your offer! Even though every offer was for more money; they want John and Shawn!”

What??? This doesn’t happen! This was a miracle! A Christmas Mirale! ♥️ The highest offer was $35,000 more than our offer and they chose us!!

Today we give God all the honor and glory! Jesus loves Jon and Shawn and He wanted to make all their dreams come true! He wanted to guve them the desires of their heart. 🥰

Congratulations John and Shawn, I couldn’t be happier for you!
