This morning was a systems sync with the electric, plumbing, and hvac team.

We met in what will be the dining room to discuss appliances, outlet placement, and code inspections.

Found some cool art and other stuff we gotta destroy and demo, or keep (we may have gotten some cool art) 🎨

New doors, new cabinets, broken glass, concrete pours, and another new door.
It's was easy to harden the house and have the team take care of the property and their hard work.
