Dear "B" licensed general contractors, you are not allowed to write a roofing certification unless you built the roof. Only a C-39 can cert a roof. They are properly licensed to do the repairs if something goes wrong. "B" licensed General Contractors cannot go out to a property just to do roof repairs.

Dear Realtors....... if you are using anyone other than a C-39 licensed roofing contractor to get a roof cert/clearance, you are playing with fire. You could also be liable when the you know what hits the fan.
