When you rent Kaha Lani 216 you rent our vacation home, not a time share, so you have access to all the items we use when our family vacations here. Two bedroom, two bath, privately owned condo with three beds: King bed in downstairs bedroom, queen sized bed in upstairs bedroom, plus a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room with a new high quality memory foam mattress, which is very comfortable. The condo sleeps 6. Ocean views. 100 steps from a very quiet, sandy beach, which you will probably have all to yourself. Heated pool with lit tiki torch lights at night. Lush tropical landscape. End unit, on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a three story building, so it’s a very quiet unit. One bedroom and bathroom is on the 2nd floor, so there is separation between the bedrooms. On the East Shore just South of Wailua and Kapa’a, next door to the Wailua Golf Course. Being on the East shore we get the cool East side trade winds off the ocean, making this side of the island much cooler than the warmer South shore. Five minute walk down the bike path to Lydgate Beach Park and their protected swimming lagoons which are perfect for children and those wanting to practice snorkeling before heading out to the open ocean. The seven mile bike/walking path runs right in front of the resort. Centrally located half way between North and South Shore beaches and sites, which are just half an hour away. So explore all sides of the island and return to this home base at night. A very quiet resort well off the busy highway so it’s much quieter than most resorts. The nearest resort or home is over a mile away so you may have the sandy beach all to yourself. I provide beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and an ice chest, so you don’t need to rent those items or waste money purchasing items you will just leave when you check out. There is a laundry facility at the resort, which is credit card operated, allowing you to pack less clothes. No resort fee, no parking fee. Book directly through me to avoid online booking fees.
