Just a couple of months ago I mediated a divorce in which we spent a fair amount of time creating a custody plan for the divorcing spouses’ two cats that included a monthly weekend visit with the non-custodial “parent”.

There is almost nothing we can’t address in a mediation or collaborative divorce process, and the solutions are infinite.

Current Pennsylvania law provides no special provisions for pets in divorces.
