Chelsea Commons Affordable Rental Housing Program is now open for application. Located in Bay Shore, there are studio and one bedroom units available for households earning up to 80% AMI.
This rental program is a LOTTERY program and will be accepting applications through 5:00 pm on March 9, 2026
