This week, we tragically lost our own, Patrick J. Ertle, Esq. Pat peacefully passed away at the all-too-young age of 59 on Thursday morning.

He will be terribly missed by hundreds of friends in Greater Cleveland, but most of all by a family that he loved immeasurably, including his amazing wife, Susan, their four children and four grandchildren, his three brothers, and many more. Last week, I reserved a hotel room and had a Retreat Day (party-of-one) to do a deep dive into 2023 numbers, progress, and failures, and planning for 2024 for the firm. Didn’t bring in any revenue or change clients’ lives that day, but I think it will for the year. I honestly can’t wait to do it again.

Excited to once again announce that our founder and fearless leader, Phil Truax, has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer!

This is Phil's sixth year as a Ohio Super Lawyer, after 5 years being named an Ohio Rising Star for Super Lawyers.

Ohio has nearly 40,000 lawyers, and only 5% are selected to Super Lawyers based upon their selection process through nominations, independent research, and peer evaluation. Congrats Phil!
