Home owners please read your rules and regulations, we have several violations, we are going to get our lawyer involved, and those of you in violations will be paying for the cost of the lawyer, we have an association for a reason , everyone is a member. We have seven unpaid dues. you know who you are. trailers parked in driveways or on the street. garbage cans not put away , using around your home for storage. we have a right to charge any one in violation daily, it is costly to send out violation letters that get ignored, please do your part and take care of the violations. vehicles not being driven are not suppose to be stored on the street. Albion street will be closed starting monday november 9th. everyone in cranberry acres will need to turn left out of the addition and use county road 900.
