The firm wholly owns REO TITLE COMPANY OF FLORIDA, LLC, which specializing in handling real estate transactions on behalf of Fannie Mae. We represent institutions in REO and Relocation closings. We also represent investors and lenders in commercial real estate transactions and in the origination of new loans. Our practice involves representing lenders and asset managers in the sale of foreclosed, REO properties throughout the State of Florida. We also represent relocation companies in the sale of property for employees who are being transferred. Our clients include some of the largest asset managers and lenders in the country. We provide our clients with excellent, efficient and responsive service. Our experience and skill make each closing as smooth as possible for everyone involved. We can handle the details associated with the lease or purchase, from preparing all necessary documents to coordinating all closing details. We can also arrange to have survey, environmental, zoning status, open permit, property or flood zone reports performed.
