Represented clients as Defendants or Plaintiffs in different areas of Civil Litigation. Appeared in all phases and trial in Contract Law, Landlord/Tenant, Family and real estate issues. Researched and drafted all motions, injunctions, and procedures necessary to successfully manage the trial process. Immigration. Acted as consultant in several areas of Immigration & Nationality Law, including, including filing and representations in Interview process.

Negotiated and Drafted Commercial and Residential Contracts for Purchase and Sale and various Leases; handled closings, preparation of Seller’s and Buyer’s documents. Collaborated with title insurance companies. Litigated landlord/tenant disputes and evictions on both sides and lawsuits pertaining to security deposits and real estate purchase deposits.

Involved in both contested and uncontested matters, including divorce, custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial Agreements.
