Had an insurance claim on your home or building? Some carriers will ask for proof that the damage was properly repaired.
Our Post-Claim Report documents the repaired areas with photos and written findings, and it’s signed by a Florida Certified General Contractor. Not every carrier accepts a standard home inspection for this. Some require a licensed contractor’s signature, and we can provide it.

Your ceiling looks fine. But what's above it? 👀

From below, this ceiling showed no visible issues. Our thermal camera told a different story: a cooler zone that didn't match the rest of the surface.

Above the ceiling, we found corroded metal components and rust staining near the HVAC ductwork, signs of long-term moisture exposure.

Hurricane season runs through November 30. If your home's wind-resistant features were never documented, your insurer may not be giving you credit for them.
A Wind Mitigation Inspection (Form OIR-B1-1802) records your roof covering, roof deck attachment, roof-to-wall connections, roof shape, secondary water resistance and opening protection. Your insurer uses that form to apply the credits you qualify for.
Savings vary by insurer and by what can be verified on site, but a feature that isn't documented can't be credited.
