We’re probably not the right fit for every agent...and we’re okay with that.

The agents we work best with are busy, growing, and ready to stop being the person responsible for every single moving piece in their business.

They don’t just want someone to check boxes. They want a team that understands real estate, communicates well, has systems in place, cares about their clients, and can actually take ownership of what’s been delegated.

That’s what we’ve built at The Real Estate Assistant.

Contracts. Listings. Marketing. One experienced support team behind your business so you can spend more time selling, serving your clients, and growing.

And yes...we have expectations too. 😉 Good communication, mutual respect, and trust make the best partnerships.

Think we might be a fit? We’re currently welcoming new Texas agents. DM us “READY” and let’s get a discovery call on the calendar.

Your business is growing...which is exactly what you worked for.

But more clients, more listings, and more closings shouldn't automatically mean more nights on your laptop.

At some point, the question changes from “How can I get more done?” to “What shouldn't I be doing anymore?”

That's where we come in.

The Real Estate Assistant was built to be a one-stop support team for Texas agents. We can help manage your contracts, get your listings market-ready, keep your marketing moving, and handle the behind-the-scenes work that starts taking over as your business grows.

You keep doing the things that require YOU.

We'll help with the rest.

If business is good but your time is disappearing, DM us “SUPPORT.” Let's talk about what we can take off your plate.

Getting the buyer agreement signed is one thing...

Making sure it still matches the deal your client is about to write is another.

This is one of those little details that can easily get overlooked.

A buyer signs an agreement at the beginning of their search, then weeks or months go by. Their search changes. The area changes. The agreement gets closer to expiring. Compensation may look different.

Then they find THE house, and everyone is ready to move quickly.

That's not the moment you want to realize something doesn't line up.

From the TC side, we're always thinking about the details that could create a problem later. Buyer agreements shouldn't just get signed and disappear into a folder. They should stay part of the transaction process.

Before the offer moves forward, take another look and make sure what's on paper still matches what's actually happening.

It's a small check that can save a lot of scrambling later.

And this is exactly why having another set of experienced eyes on your files matters.

At TREA, we're not here just to chase paperwork. We're here to help our agents stay ahead of the details, build better systems, and keep transactions moving.

Want that kind of support behind your business? Send us a DM with “TREA” and let's get a discovery call on the calendar.

Your TC should be more than the person chasing signatures and watching deadlines.

One of the underrated benefits of working with a transaction coordinator? We see a LOT of real estate businesses in action.

We work alongside different agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, photographers, contractors, and other vendors throughout real transactions. We get to see who communicates, who follows through, who solves problems, and who consistently makes the transaction easier.

That perspective can make your TC a pretty valuable resource.

Need a vendor? Wondering how another agent handles a process? Trying to find a better system for something in your business?

Ask your TC. There’s a good chance we’ve seen it before.

At The Real Estate Assistant, we’re not here just to push paperwork from contract to close. We want to be part of the support system that helps you run a better real estate business.

A home anniversary is one of the easiest reasons to reconnect with past clients... but only if you actually remember it.

After closing, we track the purchase date and set an annual reminder so our agents have an easy reason to reconnect year after year.

It’s a small detail, but those small touches matter. They help you stay connected, nurture past clients, and create more opportunities for repeat and referral business... without relying on your memory to make it happen.

Because transaction coordination shouldn't just help you get to closing.

The right systems should help you build a business that lasts beyond It.

Want more of these little things handled for you? Let’s talk.

The busy season doesn't usually feel stressful because of one big thing...
It's the hundreds of little things that pile up.

The agents who seem calm during their busiest months aren't just working harder. They're preparing before the rush hits.

Take a little time now to:
✔ Review your active files
✔ Clean up your systems
✔ Refresh your templates
✔ Audit where your time is really going
✔ Decide what you want this season to look like

A little prep now can save you hours of stress later.
And if you already know paperwork, deadlines, and follow-up are going to take over your calendar...

You don't have to carry it all yourself.

That's exactly what we're here for.

If you're thinking about adding transaction support before things get busy, send me a DM or comment READY below, and let's talk about what we can take off your plate.

Where does your time actually go?

Not the appointments.
Not the negotiations.

The little things.

Searching for documents.
Following up... again.
Checking deadlines.
Switching between platforms.
Answering emails.

None of those tasks take long on their own.
But together? They can easily steal an hour or more from your day.
That's exactly why so many experienced agents hire a transaction coordinator.

Not because they can't do it...

Because their time is better spent serving clients, generating business, and growing their brand.

If you're ready to get some of your time back, let's chat.

A few small things transaction coordinators learn quickly after being inside a lot of files 👀

Most smooth transactions don’t happen because everything went perfectly.

They happen because communication, timelines, and follow-up were handled consistently before small issues had a chance to grow.

Things like:
• confirming deadlines early
• centralizing communication
• proactively following up
• setting clear expectations throughout the process

None of these are flashy.

But together, they create a much calmer experience for agents, clients, and everyone involved behind the scenes.

Sometimes the smallest operational habits make the biggest difference long-term.

Save this for your next transaction reminder.

There’s a version of your business where things feel more manageable.

Not because there’s less work…
But because the work is supported.

When the backend of your transactions is structured, everything else starts to feel different.

Communication stays organized.
Deadlines don’t sneak up on you.
Files don’t feel scattered.
And you’re not constantly trying to catch up.

It’s not about doing less.
It’s about having the right support behind what’s already in motion.
