This past weekend, our volunteers spent their Saturday at the Travis County Expunction Expo helping residents remove old Travis County arrest records from their criminal history. Individuals with arrest records often find it hard to obtain jobs, housing, or financial aid for college. Our attorney, paralegal, and interpreter volunteers helped community members expunge their Travis County criminal records, allowing them better access to both housing & jobs, as well as giving them a sense of relief. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped!

Its that time again! Our next CANLAW Clinic will be November 16 in south/central Austin. If you or anyone you know has ever heard the words "You have cancer," chances are you qualify! Please spread the word as we hope to have a full house. More information is available at www.cancerlawclinic.org

There is no income cap and it doesn't matter where you are in your cancer journey. It's a one stop shop where cancer survivors and their spouses can get a will, healthcare power of attorney, financial power of attorney, HIPAA and physician's directive in just a few hours. The next clinic is coming up soon. Please help spread the word in the community!
