We are a small law firm in Bee Cave focused on family law. Our focus is standing up for caring men against unreasonable women in divorce and child custody. We are looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team in the afternoons Monday – Thursday from 12:00 – 5:00 pm on Fridays from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. This position is for 25 hours/week paying $15/hour and is split between working from home remotely and coming into the office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The primary role is to serve as our potential and existing client’s point of contact and building relationships with them by phone, email and occasionally in person. In addition, there are some data entry and clerical skills including creation and update of forms, preparation and maintenance of electronic and physical files, and printing and scanning documents.

Our mission is standing up for caring men against unreasonable women in divorce and child custody. Our desire is to provide value to clients above and beyond providing exemplary legal representation. When our clients hire us, they are going through an emotionally difficult period in their lives, and our goal is to help them make their lives better.

Our Paralegal will interact and build relationships with our clients, while supporting our attorneys with legal research, drafting memos, pleadings, motions, and orders, and preparing for hearings and trials. This position requires the combination of empathy, experience, and skill. If that sounds like you, you will play an integral role in creating memorable experiences for our clients. This position involves administrative duties related to drafting and case management, as well as interpersonal duties to assist the firm in providing a high standard of service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, have an ability to relate with people in crisis and have a good sense of humor. The Paralegal should have a minimum of three years’ experience in family law. Skills and experience are required, appreciated, and valued, but personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations.
