NEW COVID-19 POLICIES:

1. We are no longer requiring the form.
2. Masks are highly encouraged, even if you are vaccinated.
3. Masks are required for any unvaccinated person.

WALK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.
Please call or text to set up an appointment.
Some tips to help you set your appointment.
1. Know how many signatures you need notarized.
2. What time do you want to schedule an appointment? (Late-night and emergency appointments do have additional fees)

We are still following the COVID procedures. We are trying to keep everyone safe that enters the office. I have no choice but to ask any walk-ins to exit. Everyone has to fill out a COVID entry form, and wear a mask that covers their nose and face at all times.

We are required to limit the number of people as best we can. Only the signers will be allowed into the office. All persons entering must fill out the COVID-19 form for our office. The form can be filled out from your phone.
