Austin has been rated the #1 market for millennials and boasts 40 times more new millennial residents than all the other major metro areas in the US according to a recent Knock survey. The growing tech industry, quality of life, affordability, and availability of homes all factor in to the survey's rankings. Austin is also rated highly for Gen Xers and baby boomers!
