Do you have tickets? Warrants? We can help!

Cities across Texas have joined together to actively locate individuals with outstanding arrest warrants. If you have an outstanding warrant or a delinquent traffic, misdemeanor (Class C) citation, or delinquent parking citations the time to act is NOW. Our phones are answered 24/7 for assistance within Central Texas. Beginning March 5th, 2016 over 300 law enforcement agencies across Texas will be concentrating their efforts to enforce court orders. Time is running out but our office is standing by to assist you.

Grandma got run over by a reindeer. But we settled out of court. Grandma is doing just fine.

It was only a matter of time before our office started receiving calls from people asking for help regarding an expensive traffic violation for using a mobile device while driving.

Del Toro Law Firm would like to remind you that a new City of Austin ordinance prohibits the use of all electronic hand-held devices while operating a vehicle or bicycle.This law went into effect Jan. 1, 2015.This same ordinance is being adopted by surrounding counties and soon the entire state will follow.

Whether you are sending a quick text or going through your W***y Nelson playlist while driving, you can and will be pulled over. Do not give officers any reason to pull you over.

If you received a citation within central Texas for using a handheld device while driving, Del Toro Law Firm can help.

We are honored to have raced the Cap 10K with the Autism Awareness ribbon printed on our right sleeve during this national autism awareness month.

Nearly a quarter century ago, the Autism Society launched a nationwide effort to promote autism awareness, inclusion and self-determination for all, and assure that each person with ASD is provided the opportunity to achieve the highest possible quality of life. This year we want to go beyond simply promoting autism awareness to encouraging friends and collaborators to become partners in movement toward acceptance and appreciation.

Let’s embrace a new perspective. For 50 years they have worked in communities (both large and small) to ensure our actions, through their services and programming, supported all individuals living with autism. Let’s expand this work to focus on the rest of us – ensuring acceptance and inclusion in schools and communities that results in true appreciation of the unique aspects of all people. We want to get one step closer to a society where those with ASDs are truly valued for their unique talents and gifts.
