Helping great people find a home is always the best part of this job. Chris and Peggy were an absolute joy to work with down in San Marcos. What started as a home search quickly felt like spending time with friends I had known for years. We laughed a lot, toured some great spots, and landed on a home I know they will love for years to come.

This 1890 Queen Anne Victorian in Bouldin Creek has the charm, the craftsmanship, and even a little Hollywood history. Formerly owned by Elijah Wood, the Marlin House blends old world character with modern updates, all just minutes from South Congress. Historic details, skyline views, and a pool for those classic Austin summers. Not bad for a home that’s been around since the 1800s.
