As we approach the Fourth of July Weekend, it is important to keep in mind that driving a vehicle or operating a water craft while under the influence of drugs or alcohol can cause fatal accidents or catastrophic injuries that can take or change lives. Drunk driving is a persistent danger across Texas highways, especially in Austin where traffic is heavy and nightlife is active.
