The higher cost of goods are here to stay because of the devalued dollar. The cost to build a home today simply put cost you more than it did in 2023. Having worked for an investment banking firm. I can tell you the reason corporations buy back their stock is to increase the value of the existing shares. I do not recall once in the past 250 years that our government retired the money it had printed. There will never be again $.25 gas one dollar hamburgers $5000 cars are cheap affordable housing as we understand housing . The  damage that Democrats did by allowing 11 million illegal aliens into this country is financially catastrophic. While the DNC did it in an attempt to hold onto the power, the reality is it destroyed any chance of labor wages for the middle class families, and down to increase. If you think that people making minimum wage can buy these 400 $500 thousand dollar homes forget it . These 11 million people are going to cost American taxpayers $1 trillion so while building a slow nationwide, the cost of those homes that exist are not going to get cheaper just my opinion
