✨ ¡Otra familia con éxito en su trámite de inmigración! ✨

Ayer fue uno de esos días en los que, como abogada de inmigración, me toca levantarme a las 4:00 a.m. para llegar a tiempo y preparada para representar a mis clientes en su entrevista de residencia en San Antonio, TX a las 7:30 a.m. Pocas cosas me brindan tanta alegría y satisfacción como recibir la noticia de que su caso fue aprobado al día siguiente de la entrevista y después de tan solo dos meses de haber sido presentado.

Este caso fue presentado el 2 de enero de 2026 y aprobado el 10 de marzo de 2026, en poco más de dos meses. Mientras tanto, los tiempos oficiales de procesamiento de USCIS actualmente son de alrededor de 11 meses. 🙌

¿Cómo fue posible? Trabajo en equipo. Cuando los clientes y su abogado trabajan de cerca y presentan evidencia sólida y bien organizada que demuestra que el matrimonio es de buena fe, es posible lograr grandes resultados.

No pierdan la esperanza. Todavía están ocurriendo cosas buenas en el sistema de inmigración. La clave es encontrar al abogado adecuado y trabajar juntos para presentar el caso más sólido posible.

✨ Another family celebrating success in their immigration process! ✨

Yesterday was one of those days when, as an immigration attorney, I had to wake up at 4:00 a.m. to make it on time and be ready to represent my clients at their green card interview in San Antonio, TX at 7:30 a.m. Few things bring me more joy and satisfaction than receiving the news that their case was approved the day after the interview, and after only two months from filing.

This case was filed on January 2, 2026 and approved on March 10, 2026, in just over two months. Meanwhile, the official USCIS processing times are currently around 11 months. 🙌

How was this possible? Teamwork. When clients and their attorney work closely together and submit strong, well-organized evidence showing that the marriage is bona fide, great results are possible.

Don’t lose hope. Good things are still happening in the immigration system. The key is finding the right attorney and working together to present the strongest case possible.
