I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to post any updates! Love how this cute south Austin house turned out!

We purchased this home off-market in February from another investor for $290,000. It was just dated and needed cosmetic updates. We spent $43k total and listed it 6 weeks later in late March for $385,000.

We got a total of 27 offers and closed on an offer of $505k!!! Total profit after closing costs, holding costs and commissions ~ $138,750!!!
