KW’s Quantum Leap was truly an amazing experience. Getting to meet the founder of Keller Williams, Gary Keller, was incredibly special. He spoke for 10 hours about his life and keys to success in his career. And while that may seem long, I was captivated on the edge of my seat the whole time, hanging onto every word. 👂🏻

Grateful for everyone that I met at Next Gen. Being in an environment surrounded by like-minded individuals between the ages of 18-29 from around the country, all seeking to better themselves and live life to the fullest was electric. I walked away feeling more motivated and inspired than ever. 🕺🏽

Selling my childhood home was an emotional, yet positive and rewarding feeling for all parties involved.
We started at $1.8M, and while that would have been a fantastic sale price, in the transitional market that was the end of 2022, we had to change and adjust with the times. At the end of the day, the most important thing is your clients’ happiness and satisfaction. My client, who happens to be my mom, could not have been more pleased with the end result.
The new owners are a lovely family, that we know will continue to fill the house joy and love.
I will never forget the amazing life I had growing up in this home, and will cherish the memories forever.
I am very much looking forward to the next chapter of my mom’s life, because the future is looking bright. ☀️

It is vital to have as high of a credit score as possible in order to secure a low mortgage rate. Lenders rely on credit scores as an indication that a borrower will meet obligations. A higher credit score gives lenders reassurance that they will be paid back. And who doesn’t want a lender to have faith in you 🙂

About a month ago, I closed my first escrow, and completed my first transaction. I have already learned so much in my time at Keller Williams, but there was no greater experience than being in my first escrow. I learned how to show houses, write competitive offers, negotiate strongly on behalf of my clients, and stay professional/composed when dealing with adversity in this business. I represented the buyer-side, and while it is a highly competitive market out there right now for buyers, I proved that finding your dream home doesn’t just have to be a fantasy, but a reality. I’d like to thank and his family for being the best first clients I could have asked for! 😊
