For those who asked: the "lie detector" on The Bachelorette is a farce. That is definitely NOT a real polygraph exam. It is doing a disservice to the scientific, researched, validated field of polygraph.

Why is it called a polygraph? Hint: it's not a lie detector. The term is often used, but it's inaccurate.
