We are an Aurora, Illinois based law firm guiding families through the probate and guardianship process. Our firm is committed to quality legal work and professional integrity.
Currently, our law office serves five counties in the Chicagoland area, which include Kane, DuPage, Cook, Will, and Kendall Counties. While we are based in Aurora, we travel to and meet with clients all over the Chicago area. We also handle cases for out-of-state clients who need probate services.
Also, because of the inherent complexities found in Illinois probate law, we have limited our practice to probate, guardianship, and the related estate litigation. We believe this enables us to better serve our clients in both routine and complicated matters in the probate court system. And since Attorney Kevin Williams has handled hundreds of probate and guardianship cases across the Chicagoland area for over 15 years, he has become knowledgeable with the probate courts in several counties, including the various judges, lawyers, and court clerks.
